Please fill out the E33 Second Home Visa Application Form below and submit to us for review.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will require the following Documents.

• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent color photograph.
• Curriculum Vitae.
• Travel Itinerary.
• Statement of commitment that must be accomplished within 90 days after the date of arrival, such as:
– Deposit funds in an account under the name of the Foreigner at a state-owned bank with a value of US D$130,000, or;
– Purchase property in Indonesia such as an apartment/flat house with a value of USD $1,000,000.
We recommend you apply for your Visa at least 3 weeks before your departure to Bali.
