Visa On Arrival Extension

Please fill out the Visa On Arrival Extension Application Form below and submit to us for review.

Once we have reviewed your application, we will require the following Documents.
Note: These documents can be uploaded with this application OR emailed to us at hello@eastislandsgroup.com
• Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
• A recent colour photograph.
• Outbound ticket from Indonesia.
• Your ITK (e-Stay Permit)

You must apply at least 14 days before your visa expiry date.

Ensure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months and provide a high-resolution, flat scan with no cut-off corners or shadowed areas.

Upload a copy of your outbound Itinerary departing Indonesia from your airline showing all dates and information.

Upload the original file of your ITK (e-Stay Permit).
